Our fully outsourced, pay-for-performance program, Virtual Peaking Capacity (VPC) includes all of the services and products necessary to provide you with guaranteed capacity. Just like a power plant, VPC provides peak capacity, but unlike a power plant, VPC reduces emissions, increases reliability, and assumes your risk.
