Comverge developed a strategy to allow a leading financial institution to shed two-to-four MW of load for demand response purposes by utilizing an existing building automation system. Twenty-one buildings across three states and three PJM zones participated. Load shed in the buildings occurred by:

- Rotating the curtailment activity per floor in multiple buildings
