Norcross, GA, September 5, 2012 - Comverge, Inc., the leading provider of Intelligent Energy Management solutions for Residential and Commercial & Industrial (C&I) customers, today announced that Chuck Bowes has joined the company as Director of Market Compliance. In his role, Bowes will work collaboratively with different Comverge business units to formalize Comverge’s existing energy market compliance program to ensure compliance with energy market laws and regulations, internal policies and procedures, and Comverge’s strict standards of conduct.
"As we continue to grow in both the U.S and international markets, it is important that we maintain our strict compliance standards with both the dynamic energy market and our internal code of conduct," said Frank Lacey, vice president Regulatory, Markets, and Government Relations. "With his impressive track record as an attorney and successful business leader at large, mature organizations, Chuck is a valuable addition to the team."
Bowes brings over 35 years of experience to Comverge, having worked in both the U.S. and international markets as a highly accomplished attorney and successful business leader.
