CEO and Executive Vice President to Host State and Local Government Representatives
NORCROSS, GA., August 13, 2010 Comverge, Inc. (Nasdaq:COMV), CEO R. Blake Young and executive vice-president and CFO Mike Picchi will host Pennsylvania Rep. Joe Pitts (PA-16), State Senator Dominic Pileggi (R-9) and Public Utility Commissioner Rob Powelson during their visit to the Comverge facility in Kennett Square on Monday, August 16th at 2:00 p.m. ET.
The visit will include a tour of the Comverge Network Operations Center along with a discussion about Pennsylvania's progressive efforts to reduce energy consumption and demand. Topics to be addressed include the impact of Pennsylvania Act 129 and Comverge's partnerships with PECO, the state's largest utility, and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
