Comverge, Inc. Named as "Emerging Enterprise of the Year" by CleanTech Venture Network

EAST HANOVER, N.J., March 23, 2005 – Cleantech Venture Network LLC, an organization that connects venture, corporate and institutional investors with "clean technology" entrepreneurs, announced today that Robert M. Chiste, President and CEO of Comverge, Inc. is the recipient of the 2004 Emerging Enterprise of the Year Award. Comverge, Inc. is a leading energy intelligence company focused on advanced technology solutions and outsourced load management programs for utilities.

The 2004 Cleantech Emerging Enterprise of the Year is awarded by Cleantech Venture Network to the company, or CEO, that experienced rapid growth and/or provided a high realized return to investors in 2004 by bringing a clean technology or business model to market. Bob Chiste will receive his award at the Cleantech Venture Forum VI.
