East Hanover, NJ - February 6, 2007: Comverge’s suite of distributed generation automation products are enabling a win-win situation in Southwest Ontario by enhancing grid reliability and providing returns on industry investment in standby generation. Managed by Essex Power and aggregator Genset Resource Management, the system is dispatched directly by Ontario’s Independent Electricity System Operator (IESO) during constrained periods to alleviate transmission congestion in the area.
